The pros and cons of using a heart rate monitor

Here is an article by Mark Fisher Fitness that I really appreciate. Especially the part about the cons of using a heart rate monitor in terms of the interplay it has with the mind and resultant aspect of movement quality. In addition, that sometimes it can trigger a "more" type of response. Which may be beneficial for metcon type workouts, but less of a component when doing movement quality based practices.
